Awesome toy for cats to keep there attention batteries are easy to install with a very small screwdriver some kids toys come with. Overall it's a great idea for that cat who wants play time while there owners are busy.
Bought this for the cats for Christmas. Love the idea behind it but it's sitting in the box. Why? Because the screws to open it are 2" deep into the product. Can't see if you're gripping the screw. We tried for about 20 minutes trying to open it and finally gave up. Figured I'd forget the electronic part and just attach it, letting the toy dangle.Can't do that either. The part that grips your counter, shelf, etc is one set width. I assumed you could adjust the width as not all shelves, counters etc are the same width. So unfortunately the piece is not big enough to grip the available spaces I have.So we can't use this toy at all. Really disappointing. Great concept but poor design.
